The Parish Church is the proper place for Parishioners to receive their Sacraments for the first time.  Beginning this fall, all students who attend Holy Family Academy will be required to receive First Communion and Confirmation here at Our Lady of Mercy.  Permission to do otherwise will not be given.

2003-2004 CCD ON-LINE REGISTRATION

On April 27, students enrolled in the Religious Education

Program received a paper copy of the registration form for

the 2003-2004 school year.

 

You can now register your children on-line at the following

If you register your child on-line, please print off a copy of the form and return with payment.  The envelope can be addressed CCD Registration and placed in the collection basket or brought over to the rectory.  Questions can be addressed to Karen Mathews on 732-271-1750 or Nancy Sayre on 732-873-1453.

SOCIAL GATHERING

On June 8 after the 10:00 mass, we’ll be gathering downstairs to get to know each other.  Children enrolled in the Religious Education Program and their parents are invited.  We’d like to have some planned activities for the children; e.g., coloring pictures to be hung in the classrooms, putting puzzles together, watching religious videos.  Light refreshments will be provided.

 

Sessions will last approximately 1 hour.  Additional dates thus far are July 13 and August 10.

 

All parishioners are welcome to attend!  We welcome your feedback on other ideas for the children.  Please contact

Holy Family Academy will be holding an Open House on Friday May 16,2003 from 9:00am to 2:00pm. Come see the facilities, meet the students, teachers, principal and parents. Holy Family Academy will be selling “Big Bucks” raffle tickets after all the Masses on the weekend of May 17th, and May 18th. The drawing will be held on May 31st at St. Mary’s Bingo. Winner does not need to be present. You can purchase raffle tickets for $1.00 or you can hand in your books at that time. Holy Family Academy appreciates your support.
