The author of Wisdom speaks of “that night” of exodus from bondage in Egypt when the Lord delivered his chosen people from death. Let us be prepared for the Lord who will come again, perhaps in the midst of night. As we walk in darkness, our journey to our heavenly homeland is illuminated by faith.

Let Us Pray…That we may turn to God in faith for the courage and strength we need to win legal protection for the unborn.

How very fortunate we are to have the Exposition of the Blessed Sacrament every Thursday from 8:30 AM until 12 noon. We are able to visit with Jesus, one on one, and to tell Him all of our troubles and worries and receive His Loving Peace and Comfort while in His Presence.

Won’t you come and visit Him? It could be for 15 minutes, ½ hour or 1 hour. His Blessings are there for you. Let’s not miss this beautiful Spiritual Opportunity.

Golden & Silver Wedding Anniversary Celebrations will take place on October 10 or October 24, 2004 at 4:00 PM. Arrangements can be made by contacting your parish office at 732-356-1037. Fr. Ken Brighenti of St. Ann’s Parish, Raritan will be sponsoring a “Pilgrimage to Saint Pio of Pietralcina” in Italy. This trip will include the Shrine of Padre Pio, the birthplace, Rome, Vatican City, Mass at St. Peter’s and more. The trip is scheduled for Nov. 7-15, 2004.
