We are to love the Lord with our whole heart and our neighbor as our-self.  By thus fulfilling these two great commandments, we hope to become models of faith and imitators of the Lord who gave himself totally for our sakes

PLEASE PRAY FOR ALL OF OUR PARISHIONERS who are sick at home, in the hospital or in nursing homes, especially for Frances Soweski, Irene Corrigan, David King, Mary Pokotello, John Foxwell, Haley Weber, Blanche Ferarro, Gladys Quinlan, Adam Platukis, Josephine Sarnoski, Marie Quinata, Andy Gonda, Nick Barber, Roseanne Scaletti, Vi Konz, Rudy Stys, Anna Corrento, Barbara Van Pelt, Diane Manley, and Bryant Connelly (Betty’s son).

Please also pray for the souls of Anna Stefanick & Lewis Denton, stepfather of Ada Barber.  Let us be joined in prayer that Anna & Lewis will find the fulfillment of their faith and the reward of their labors in the presence of the Risen Lord.  May our prayerful support be a source of comfort to the Stefanick & Barber families.

By now all parishioners should have received their 50/50 Raffle books.  We hope that you will sell or purchase as many of these tickets as possible.  Your kindness in the past has been outstanding and our society is thankful for you’re past generosity.  All funds from this endeavor will be used to maintain and upgrade the Rectory of Our Lady of Mercy Church, which is in need of refurbishing.

It is important that ALL ticket books, sold or unsold be returned to the rectory as soon as possible before the raffle date.   Please place all books with the proper amount of money for the tickets sold in an envelope and drop them off in the rectory mail slot or place them in the collection basket at Mass.  Please place your name & address on these returns.  We are required by law to account for all the raffle books.

Once again we thank you for your kind assistance in making this raffle a success.
