Jesus satisfies our thirst for eternal life (3). Through his Spirit his grace has been poured into our hearts (2). God satisfies the thirst of the Israelites (1) whose hearts had become hardened and rebellious (Ps).

Stewardship

When Jesus asked the Samaritan woman for a drink of water, He opened the door for a life-changing relationship with Him. Scripture says her testimony drew many others to Him as well.  We, too, must be ready to respond whenever and wherever the Lord speaks to us and be prepared for it to change our lives!

PLEASE PRAY FOR ALL OF OUR PARISHIONERS

Al & Ruth Schraeder, Elizabeth Connelly, Genevieve Casey, Josephine Sarnoski, Josephine Martens, Peter Yazgier and Christine Dyke may the love of Christ be evident to them in the welcome and help they find in the family of the Church.

Well Done Confirmandi!!

The Confirmation Candidates are proud to let you know because of your generosity they were able to put together 23 baskets and gift bags for the current and future families that will stay at the Ronald MacDonald House in New Brunswick

Saturday was a wonderful experience for our teens. They prepared a delicious ziti dinner with meatballs, bread and salad and of course fresh baked cookies.  It was such a wonderful experience they want to do it again.  We will let you know when we do.

Thanks From The Rosary Altar Society

Once again our society shows the way and sets a great example on how our ladies handle a good fund raising program. We would also like to thank the many ladies that gave of their generous time and help to make this Annual Valentine Craft and Bake sale a great success.

Of course it also takes the generosity of our fellow parishioners and friends for their purchase of these craft wares and the delicious cakes and goodies.

Thank you, one and all, for your kindness and welcomed support.

NOTICE!

TO ALL OUR LADY OF MERCY CHURCH PARISHIONERS

The Our Lady Of Mercy Holy Name Society thought it would be nice to hold a Parish Picnic in 2008. The picnic would probably be held in September or early October. We would like to have food and games for all ages at the picnic for the lowest price possible. If you would be interested in having the Church hold a Parish Picnic, please drop a note in the February 24th or March 2nd Collection Baskets saying:  "I THINK OUR LADY OF MERCY CHURCH SHOULD HAVE A PARISH PICNIC THIS YEAR!"  Thank you very much. BLESSED BE HIS HOLY NAME.
