An “oracle of consolation” regarding the restoration of
Stewardship
Today’s psalm says, “The Lord has done great things for us; we are filled
with joy.” Good stewards demonstrate by their living and giving that they
understand God as the Source of all they are and have. (See Psalm 126)

PLEASE PRAY FOR
For those who are ill, especially: James Esposito, Beverly Turok and Josephine
Sarnoski that their suffering and trials may become sources of grace for

All Saints & All Souls Day
All
Saints Day falls on Sunday, November 1st and is a Holy Day of
Obligation. Going to Mass on your usual Saturday or Sunday schedule will fulfill
your obligation for this Holy Day.
All
Souls Day falls on Monday, November 2nd this year and is not a Holy
Day of Obligation. Mass will be celebrated at 7 PM. There are special envelopes
in your envelope packets this year. Please put the names of your departed loved
ones in this envelope and please put them in the collection baskets on November
1st so they can be placed at the altar for evening Mass on November
2nd - All Souls Day. You
are welcome to drop the envelope off at the rectory or through the mail slot at
the front door of the rectory.
